His story

About Mike

Please welcome Mike to Greyt Angels! This handsome boy recently joined us from the American Lurcher Project and is settling into his foster home. His foster family is taking the time to get to know him and help him feel comfortable as he adjusts to this new chapter in his life.

One thing Mike has already made clear? He LOVES people! He’s a big leaner, too, which means he’s happy to get close and share some of that love. If you know, you know — there’s nothing quite like a greyhound who leans into you for affection!

As Mike settles in, we’ll learn more about his personality and what makes him special. For now, we know he’s a people-loving boy who is ready to discover what life has in store for him. One note for potential adopters: Mike is not suitable for a home with cats or other small animals.

Stay tuned as we get to know this sweet boy better! Mike was born November 18, 2020.

How adoption works

You’ll fill out a short form, we’ll schedule a call, and if it’s a fit you’ll meet Mike at his foster home in Goshen.

Farther than three hours away? Experienced greyhound or sighthound homes with a local greyhound group for support are encouraged to apply too.
